Has anyone used Scan Diet or know if it actually works?

I tried the scan diet and in my opinion it didn't help. I was hungry all the time. I guess it would work if you stuck to it since it cuts calories. I should have just saved my money!

I tried it about a year and a half ago. I couldn't stick to it long enough to see if it worked. I read about it and wanted to try it. I spent 2+ weeks looking for it in CHOCOLATE. The stores around here were always out of it. So ... I broke down and bought vanilla. The Vanilla shakes were gross ... chalky with a nasty after-taste. The stores around me were ALWAYS out of chocolate.
