So last week I received my Abdonda package of dvd's. It included my success chart, success booklet, a timer, and a measuring tape. I started the first dvd to learn the different techniques and then moved to the other dvd's with the actual workouts. I'm on Week 1 Day 6 and i'm not supposed to measure till Week 2 Day 1 BUT I couldn't help myself and measured today unofficially and i've lost 1/2 inch off my waist! OMG it was a shock to me. The workouts are easy and only 7 minutes a day. The workouts, though only 7 minutes long are quite a good workout, I can feel it working. I ended up starting my period and I feel all nasty and bloated but i'm sticking with it and see where it takes me. Has anyone else tried this yet?
