I'm 90% sure that I'm going to try DtG. Has anyone on here been successful with losing weight? I've been eating out almost everyday. I figure I might as well get DtG, which is much healthier and surprinsigly a cheaper than ordering food from restaurants. I'm going to sign up for the 1200 calorie low-fat meal plan.
I tried them when they were brand new. I basically had some form of chicken and vegetables at most meals, and breakfasts that were always delicious. The chicken was a real breast, not mcprocessed, and was prepared with a different recipe each time. The vegetable servings were very large and they tasted like they had just been picked from the garden.
