Green tea fat burner ??
I just bought the Applied nutrition green tea fat burner gel capsules today and i was wondering if any one else has tried them. My friend back in Va has been taking them and he has lost 20lbs so far, but that being said i know its easier for guys to lose weight than girls. I was just wondering if any of you ladies have taken them, were there any side effects, and did it actually work. Also did you take just one pill a day or two?? They were only 6 dollars, so if they dont work i wont be to dissapointed but i dont want to be boucning off the wall and my heart jumping out of my chest then they dont work lol..

They work so good there was a class action suit against them last winter which they lost and then they changed their packaging. If you have money for junk like this, please donate it to feed children.

I just try to drink more green tea instead of buying those pills. I don't know how much green tea really helps, but I've noticed I feel better for some reason when I drink it everyday.

I was taking a green tea supplement for a while last year, and it started to cause memory problems. I did some research and discovered that it had high levels of chromium, which in reasonable quantities is good for you but this stuff had way too much in them. I went off it and feel much more mentally alert and aware comparatively.

I stopped taking them, and thankfully i only wasted 5 dollars on them. I started getting really bad headaches a week into taking them.. So i would def say not worth it at all..

The only published study done on green tea and weight loss showed that if you drink 4 cups per day every single day that you can lose up to 8 pounds in a year. That's not very promising. Also, the effects were shown drinking real tea and not pills or other tea supplements.
Drinking green tea can help in other ways though. First, it's loaded with antioxidants which help prevent certain types of diseases. Second, many members here (including myself) find that when we drink green tea that we are reducing our temptation to drink other beverages that might contain calories. Or we have a cup of green tea instead of a snack. In that way, drinking tea can help.

Just drink regular green tea. It's not a miracle fat blaster, but it has other health benefits. Better than drinking other calorie loaded drinks.
