Hi i am currantly taking acai berry 1500mg twice a day and capsiplex once a day. Does anyone know if these work or are you taking them yourself? the acai berry isn't to expensive but the capsiplex are a little on the dear side so i don't really want to waste my money. I have back problems and it is not very easy for me to exercise so i thought the capsiplex which claims to burn 12 times the normal calories would help....any advice would be welcome
Well acai berry has antioxidants but nothing that would cause weight loss. Also, I don't think there is any proof that those antioxidants can be utilized in pill form. Your best bet is to eat organic berries for antioxidants.
Capsiplex is just cayenne pepper so again, your best bet may be to add cayenne pepper to your food.
You can't out-exercise poor eating habits.
