I don't remember exactly when I started taking oxy elite pro, maybe the beginning of last year. I had finished the whole bottle and lost either 15 or 20 pounds on it. I didn't really change what I ate but just ate smaller proportions. I also followed the biggest loser vol. 1 workout 5 days a week. a few months after that I stopped working out and taking the pills and managed to maintain my weight until the holidays came around >_< I've gained about 7 pounds so I'm starting oxy elite pro again today and the biggest loser work out. I took one this morning and I have so much energy, its insane lol. It doesn't work so much as an appetite suppressant for me though. The first time I took it, it did then it started to wear off. Same for the energy. Hopefully I have good results this time around too! =]
