Even though I know in my heart of hearts that nothing really works except good old fashion diet and exercise, I can't help but be intrigued by this because I first heard about it through a reliable source (it worked for my friend, who I trust).
So, the program is called "Enjoying Weight Loss" by Doctor Robert Themes and it is essentially a series of hypnosis CD's that help you avoid temptation, want to exercise, stick to a plan etc. etc..
Has anyone tried this or other hypnosis? I've always been intrigued by the idea of hypnosis in general and I'd love to hear about other people's experiences!
