Chalean extreme fitness
 

I don't believe there is a magic tool out there in regards to workout dvds, I believe it is in the person who does a program and completes it, but I was wondering if anyone has used Chalean extreme fitness, and if they thought it was worth the money? I am an organized person, and I thought the program looked fun, and doable for a busy schedule (I am a med student taking 22 credits each semester)

Yes! totally worth it. I am a busy mom of 3 and I work 2 part time jobs. It's very doable and I got great results. I'm actually doing a ChaLeanExtreme/Turbofire hybrid right now. Love it!

I'm a fan, so I think it's definitely worth it. All of the workouts are under 40 minutes so are great if you are short on time. You need a good collection of dumbbells.. think 5lb-25lb for starters.

?? is Turbo Fire her version of P90X where as there was P90 then then the X. now it's Turbo Fire with Chalean? on steroids... lol along with Saun T's Insanity. Yikesl

CX is more her P90X. Focuses on building lean muscle. Turbo Fire is Turbo Jam on steriods :) But it's awesome! The music is awesome on it too! My husband is starting a P90X/Insanity hybrid. I've only done a couple on the Insanity videos and they are INSANE!! I'm a beachbody coach and I run a Free Community FitClub, one night we did Shaun T's Rockin' Body Disco Groove and it was loads of fun! Only next time I'm gonna make everyone come dressed in disco duds :)

thanks for the explanation on the sets. My husband just ordered P90X. After all these years that set is still a hit. He did a great job on it. I don't think there are many others that top that for a set, are there?
