Hello,
It's been a VERY long time since I last followed 3FC. In that time I have not become a happier person, with regards to my weight, in fact this morning I faced a shock. I am now heavier than I ever have been in my 49 yrs. To top things off I am entering the exciting world of menopause -oh yippe

I hope that you will forgive me if it I am bringing up an old topic but I would very much appreciate hearing views concerning Vita Lean tablets. I live in the UK but I hear that they have been a 'Big Success' Stateside. A few months back the were in a national paper as being the £1 slimming pill that is also viagra for women. Apparently they are all natural and safe. This always sounds alarm bells in my book. I thought that if anyone could provide some background on this , the readers of 3FC can. Alternatively, if anyone can direct me to a previous thread with info, that would be great. I'm a a point in my life where life seems to becoming just a wee bit more unsettling and feedback would be useful. Thanks

I've never heard of them but looked it up and seems to have 2 active ingredients.

Invirginia - which is basically an African fiber supplement
Cissus - seems to have been used in herbal concoctions for things such as malaria and bone strengthening. No weight loss properties that I can see.

Anyway, I would proceed with caution as with any other diet pill. I'm not sure where you heard there has been success stateside but I'm guessing the claims are made by the people selling it.
