Has anyone tried this? I saw an infomercial for it and I was thinking about my daughter who wants to diet/exercise, but has no motivation or will power (her words). It's called the smart technique and endorsed by the mommies of mommy style. I was thinking this might give her some direction and motivation. I'd recommend 3FC's, but she doesn't have a computer. Thanks!
Check the link above for some opinions. As you will see, I don't think much of it. Remember "the Mommies" (I had never heard of them prior to this) do not appear to be either nutrition or psych experts - like a lot of minor celebrities (??) they are just selling the use of their name and images to the highest bidder...
