Default Anyone else on The Zone?
I have just started the Zone diet today. I was on this board a few times when I tried Metabolic Research (which I was starving on and hated the food). Now I'm on the Zone diet. I don't see a board for it though. =)=). Anyways, hoping some here have had success with it!

No, but I'm trying to get closer to 40-30-30 with carb- fat-protein for PCOS management.

Today has gone great! I joined this formulazone website that has all these recipes and it was super cheap and it plans out the meals for me and makes my shopping list. That's my kind of diet LOL. I am so busy.
