Has anyone tried any of the cookie diets?? I am in debate on which on to try what are the differences between the Hollywood, Dr. Seigals and smartlife?? Any help and info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The whole concept seems like bunk to me, but I'm curious to see how people sustain on and after it.

I bet its more a calorie control mixed with laxative thing. Not sustainable. I recommend finding a plan, cookie diets can not last very long and the weight is very likely to come back.

I have the SL cookies but i can never bring myself to eat them, I would much rather eat a salad
