Looking at the ingredients and the price, you are paying for a lot of hype. If you look at the ingredients, those are all common ingredients that you could take as supplements if you wanted. CLA is the main ingredient and there is some inconclusive evidence that it may help you from gaining fat if you gain weight. I haven't seen any evidence toward weight loss though.
Overall, I'd look at the ingredient list and then look into the individual ingredients and do some googling to see if they are things that you'd like to take. You can find individual ingredients a lot cheaper at a local drug store.
