Hi all!

I found a "fan site" on facebook for someone called formerfatchick. This person always touts a weight loss program, Power Losers. From what I can tell from the website, it's pre-packaged food... I believe supplied by medifast? Anyone know of this program? Does it work?

I found out more, it's a program that sells the medifast food. I'm starting next week as soon as my food arrives, i'll let you know!

One thing you should know is Medifast 'health coaches' will always highly tout Medifast food because they are making money off of it. If you are interested in doing Medifast, I'd personally avoid the health coaches and go directly to Medifast.
