What health benefits are you looking for? If it's weight loss, the only studies done on CLA have shown that it has no effect on weight loss, but that it might help in keeping the weight off after it's lost.
I heard it lowers cholesterol, lowers insulance resistance,reduces food allergies, increases metabolic rate,and its good for your immune system. Most people don't get enough of it through their regular diets so I was just curious If anyone noticed a difference.
