It definitely works!!! I did it for 3 months, every other day and lost a pound a week. So every other day (not the recommended amount which is 6 days and not really watching what I eat but keeping it under 1800 calories). So if you do it the right way I will bring much greater results
PS Ive started doing it 3 times a week and p90x for weight training. It kinda feels good getting your butt kicked
