I was in this wonderful little second hand book store here in my home town and came across this older looking book for a dollar. It's called 'You can be Physically Perfect, Powerfully Strong'. I thought I'd give it a read to see how fitness tips from the year 1975 (when it was published) and today differ. To be honest, they don't differ to terribly much. There ARE a few funny little sentences in there with claims that you'll DIE if your body goes without oxygen for more than a few seconds. Also they call the chest cavity the "chest box". I've never heard that used before. Maybe because I'm young, or maybe because it's a silly name and no longer used. So I'll let you know how it turns out when I finish. I'm already on chapter three so this won't take to long.
