Pgx fibre pills... are these safe?
 

I'm hearing a lot about these right now. They seem harmless enough, they are just fibre right? I am wondering if they are safe and effective. Does anyone know or have experience? I am also nursing, though a toddler, not an infant.

If the glucommanan fiber is the only thing in them, then they should be safe. The only issue is I believe PGX has a large mark up on their pills when you could just go buy regular glucommanan pills from a trusted supplier for a lot cheaper. If you are having hunger issues, they might help.

For me, I prefer fiber rich natural foods rather than a pill.
