anyone ever done the 3day diet? the one where you eat tuna, tea, crackers, veggies , apple and 1/2 c icecream for dinner? if so did you have success with it ? also if you did have sucess did you keep it off? thanks.
Don't know if it works, but I would image I would gain those lbs back the other 4 days of the week for sure.
Plus if you have that much control, I would suggest trying South Beach. I have heard a lot of success with that diet. They have phases, check it out.
