Default Green Tea Supplement from Gross Out.

Okay well I'm still having a horrible diet issue.

I try to diet and diet but I hardly even eat! I eat like 3 times a day meals ( like say for instance one day a bowl of cereal, a sandwich and maybe a pretzel for dinner or something ) your pretty average person's intake... but I'm almost positive its my metab.

Anyways that aside I know theres no Jesus pill to magically make you skinny but.. I heard about this "Green tea supplement" from Grocery Outlet that raises your metab. safely and vastly increases weight loss, anyone have more info or know about it?

IMHO, this is not an average persons intake. how many calories are you having a day? you may be under eating and slowing your metabolism. i eat 5-6 small meals/day.

That is not an average person's intake. Depending on what the cereal is and what the sandwich is (assuming they aren't Froot Loops and a Whopper), you might be consuming 1/2 the calories I do, and I'm dieting!

Go do some reading about what level of calories you should be taking in (lots of information on the net and this forum) and start monitoring your calorie count. I was at 1200 and really struggling. When I moved UP to 1400 / 1500 I started doing better. Less is NOT always better, and can be very harmful.

I've heard all studies about green tea were while drinking green tea itself and the pills are useless. Green tea has lots of antioxidants which is good, it is also can help curb your appetite when drunk as a tea and the caffeine provides a mild metabo boost, but very mild.

I'd avoid the pills though.
