I used Diet Power a few yrs back. My son and I both lost about 40 lbs in 6 months or so. It's a great tool once you get used to it. It tracks everything, calories, fats, carbs, etc etc. and at the end of the day, once you have entered all your food intake, it logs everything and lets you know what you may have been short on whether fats, iron, whatever. I loved the weight chart...you weigh each day and it keeps up on a chart. It was so cool to see the line veering downward! I think it was 50.00 for the software which if I remember correctly can be used by up to 4 people for a year. Now that you mentioned it, I should get back into mine and start using it!
