I came across what is called the One Week Diet at "one week slim down .com" I need to know if this stuff works or not. I've read through the entire site and although the testimonials seem real and the medical study behind it too, I want to have some input from people who have tried it. I want to know: "how easy it is to follow the program?", "how much did you lose in the first week?", "did you have any stomach upsets from the product?", "how much did you exercise?" And anything else you'd care to say.
