Weight Loss Aids

Has anyone used a weight loss aid in addition to their lifestyle change (i.e pill, tea etc)?? If so, did it work for you??

Anything I've ever tried works for like a minute then stops. I even spent like $120 a month on this pill and lost 10 lbs in 3 months- but then gained it all back and then some when I was done...

Nope, and some of them are downright dangerous. But they are only found to be so AFTER millions of people take them and side effects (sometimes fatal) are found out.
This is because most are marketed as food supplements which aren't regulated as pharmaceuticals are.
For me, better safe than sorry so I stay away from them!
