Can anyone recomend a great scale. One that includes water and body fat would be ood. I know they are not 100 percent accurate. I would just like some idea.

My scale

I love this scale. The website says it isn't sold in stores, which is funny because I got mine at the store. It keeps track of your goal and how far away you are from achieving it. Hydration, bone mass, body fat and BMI are recorded. Weighs in .2 increments. I really have nothing bad to say about it. It isn't too expensive either, about $40.

i love my Weight watchers scale I bought at Walmart! I think it was about $30-35. It measures in 0.1 increments, keeps track of 2 users and is so accurate that no matter where I put it on my kitchen floor it always gives me the same reading! Unlike other scales I've had in the past!
