PGX daily is a fiber pill which use konjac fiber which is similar to pectin fiber. Basically it may help you feel full but there is no evidence that it'll help you lose weight and its also very expensive for a fiber pill. Benefiber is a lot cheaper if you wanted a fiber supplement. Although naturally increasing your fiber through what you eat will help you probably more than a pill.
You can't out-exercise poor eating habits.
I do the protien shake with PGX in it for meal replacement and hunger control. the only problem is my acid reflux with a full stomach. It's always something isn't it? Let me know if you try it how it works for you. I would like to hear more on the subject.
