Duromine success stories?

So I have been working out like a crazy lady and dieting and have lost no weight. My doctor who i have been seeing for years whom i trust very much has prescribed me duromine and will be monitoring my progress.
I want to lose approx. 10 kilos.
I am aware of the risks as I have researched it thouroughly.
I have normal blood pressure (120/80), currently exercise 5-7 times per week, watch what I eat carefully and have been struggling to lose even 1kg. He has also tested my blood for thyroid and kidney function which both came back normal.

I would like to know of other people's success stories on Duromine, specifically how much weight you lost and how much time it took, plus how long ou were on duromine for and what dosage.

Thanks
Aimz

p.s. My dosage is 15mg

It looks like duromine is the same as phentermine. I'd suggest searching the forums about that because others have posted about their experiences previously.

My summary is that people have lost weight using it but generally put the weight right back on once they stop. Its an appetite suppresant so it may help you eat less which may or may not be a good thing.

Have you tried counting your calories?

i do count calories and i exercise vigerously.
i am thinking that since i work in a gym and have been doing gym workouts for years that my body has become conditioned to it.

an example of this weeks exercise is:
mon- 45 mins intense cardio (170-180 BPM)
tues- 45 MIN RPM Class
wed - 45 Min RPM Class
thurs - 1 hour Pump class
fri - 1hour 15 mins intense cardio and ab workout

i generally eat 1200 - 1400 calories per day.

I have been dieting and exerciseing like this for approx 6 weeks.
it is not a fad for me as i work in the fitness industry. its just my life.

at the moment i am looking into different forms of exercise to try and kick start my weight loss with the duromine including bootcamps, bikram yoga and boxing classes.

Hmm unless you are struggling with your calories, then I'm not sure how the duromine would help you because it would just help you lower your calories even further but I wouldn't recommend that based on your current caloric intake.

I personally had a period of 3 months one time where I was exercising almost every day, eating right, etc and didn't lose anything. I actually ended up going on vacation, doing different exercise, eating what I wanted and then I came back and lost weight and kept losing it.

Maybe you need to just shake things up a bit to get your body kick started.

thats what i was thinking....great minds think alike!

i was speaking to a bodybuilding coach today and she mentioned that I should see a dietician and get tested for food allergies which is what my doctor mentioned as well.
I have lost .4kgs so far and im not feeling hungry.
not haveing and heart palpitations tho i am wearing my heart rate monitor when i do ny cardio just to keep that in check.
