Friend of mine lost 12lbs in a month. It was a controlled diet, but she said that the green tea really helped curb appetite and boosted her energy levels during that month.

I've heard some great things about green tea. Has anyone tried the pills? Or is it best to take in liquid form?

I love the lipton citrus green tea.
