I looked at the ingredients and personally I would stay away. It has 3 components.
1) Stimulants - Caffeine, Cayenne and others. These have been proven to only have a slight effect on calorie burn which is barely noticeable.
2) Fiber - Fiber is good. You can buy inexpensive versions of fiber (metamucil, benefiber, etc) or eat veggies and other foods high in fiber. They help fill you up.
3) Diuretic - This is where you will lose the 'weight'. Many of the ingredients are actually those that will flush water out of your body. It will help give you the appearance of losing weight while you are only losing water.
You can't out-exercise poor eating habits.
