Kim Lyons was a PT on The Biggest Loser.
I bought this book several months ago, probably when it was first released in January.
I started using it 2 days, there are circuits you do, over the course of 12 weeks.
This morning, the back of my thigs (hamstrings?) and my butt were soooo sore!! This isn't some huge long work out, but always a circuit of 10 exercises...progressively more difficult as the weeks go by.
Now, I'm already doing WW, so I'm just adding this into my speed walking.
Has anyone followed this as a kick start into some more intense working out? How did it go for you?
