I got the dvd a couple of years ago, but have since lost the books that came with it. I do remember that I got pretty quick results. On the days I didn't do the workout, I did some form of cardio. It's a pretty good program ^^
I want to be a HUGE star...of course I don't want that to be my body size...
I like it! I actually am incorporating it into my program right now. I used it last year and it works. (I just stopped exercising and eating right before my goal weight and I put weight back on, so I'm back to the drawing board...)
