Anyone try it?
I did it a couple years ago and had great results, but I only have the DVD with all the different phases and the ab workout and stretch. I sort of just made it up as I went along and did Slimfast.
This time I am going to do the workouts and the Fat Smash diet.
I was wondering if I needed to get anything else other than the resistance bands?
And do I incorporate more cardio or consider the workouts exercise for the day?
