I haven't followed any particular diet. I kind of made up my own taking drips and drabs from this program and drips and drabs others. I basically count calories. But my diet does contain at least 50 grams of fiber a day, sometimes more. I picked up this book at the library and have read most of it. There are many components to it that I really like and agree with and have already been incorporating into my diet. I really think that for me the high fiber diet has been a big boon to my weightloss. I get to eat lots of healthy foods, am rarely hungry and have been losing steadily.
I think the key question to ask yourself is, do you think this is something that you can stick with? Because if you can stick to it, I really think it's a very good plan. Good luck and welcome to 3FC.
