Default Waist Cincher

I was in Walmart and saw one of those belts that you are supposed to wear around your waist when working out to lose inches faster. Sounds nice but does it work? Has anyone ever used one and what was the result? thanks

It basically dehydrates you so that you will lose water weight.

Those things have been around for decades, and they are hooey. As stated, they make you sweat and you lose water weight. As soon as you drink enough fluid to fully hydrate again, you regain the weight/inches. They "work" but the effect is very temporary.
