Default Wu-Long Tea?

Has anyone tried Wu-Long Tea for weight loss? If so, what does it taste like? Was there a specific brand? Which brand would you/wouldn't you recommend? I drink black tea and love many teas.

This has been discussed a few times. Wu-long tea is the same as Oolong tea. It doesn't have any weight loss benefits but it does have antioxidants like all teas. It is often served in chinese restaurants but you can find it in almost any store that carries tea.

My personal preference for tea is white tea. Jasmine is one of my favorites.

Yeah, I found the Oolong (wu-long) info after I posted, and found the article here on 3FC. I really like black tea with honey, but am willing to try Oolong to mix up the variety. :-)

I really like oolong tea. It has more body than green, but less than black.
I drank it all through my weight loss.
Do I think it helped?
Definately!
BUT...the thing that it helped was that it made my 8 - 10 glasses of water enjoyable.
It didn't "melt my fat away", the treadmill and smart eating habits did.

I've bought oo-long tea at the gorcery (Wegman's, gold can with Yellow label)....I bought a Citron flavor variety by Rishi, it's loose tea and they recommend you steep for about 2 mins only....but the tea can be used about 3 times, it's that strong. very fragrant and only needs a little splenda.
