Recently diagonsed on PANTO. This will be life changing ....so many things I can't eat any more....and I have to stop alcohol, coffee and red meat....to name a few~

Anyone know anything about it?

Here's some info. All I really know is that it does eventually go away - it did for me.

I had it really bad for about a year, then it gradually got better and has not bothered me for years. Smaller meals, carefully chosen helped. So did exercise. I hope its a very temporary thing for you.

but it improves with medications and changes to diet right?
