Default On Celexa, Fibroid Tumors and Ovarian Cyst - how to lose?

Hello everyone and good morning , I hope your day is going well thus far

I have a delima.

I have Fibromyalgia/Myofacial Syndrome and have been placed on Celexa and Pamelor to help with the pain and depression side of the illness. In addition I have fibroid tumors, and ovarian cyst problems (not PCOS), spinal stenosis and iron deficiency. I feel a lot better on the Celexa, and I don't want to step if I don't have to, but I don't want to gain any weight.

Many know that with these types of problems comes difficulty losing weight and I was wondering if anyone on the board has taken celexa and/or had other similar or the same problems but have lost the weight? If so what foods did you have to avoid? And what else did you do?

Also how do you lose belly fat if you have a tendency to gain weight there? My gut is terrible lol

I'm starting my first weight watchers meeting this saturday.

Thanks for any input
