Default am I under or over medicated?

I have been feeling terrible these last few days, including lightheaded, not really feeling like my focus is good, nauseous, moody, chills, heart pounding and running to the bathroom. I am not extremely tired, but yet don't feel like doing much. I am too scared to exercise as the last time I did, I had such a bad dizziness that it took a few hours before I was ok. If I was treating myself I would almost say that I was having panic attacks but haven't had those in years since I became hypo. I went to dr yesterday and will do complete bloodwork on Monday, (give me strength to make it til then plus another week for the results!!) but he was thinking I may be overmedicated? I have a lower dose sitting in my cupboard and am seriously thinking of taking those to see if it makes a difference before monday?
Comments or suggestions are welcome and needed.

If I were you, I'd wait and let the doctor make the change in your medications. I know this makes sense. The bloodwork he is going to draw is going to need to reflect the medications you have been prescribed and sometimes it takes a while on certain meds to see the levels they are looking for. Hope this makes sense. I've been an RN for quite a while and have changed my own meds at will sometimes and sure makes the doc's mad.

Default I know

Thanks for the reply and yes I will wait, just frustrating when you feel blah. Do you think that it could be over or under? I am up to .125 mg already of levothyroxine so to bump up more is dangerous as the dr says.

Default congrats on the stats!

Just looking at your stats and thats amazing work! How long did it take you to get down to that weight? What did you follow to see the results? I would love to know your secret and how long have you been hypo?
