I would say to stay away from frozen, processed foods, fast food and canned foods. They all contain a large amount of sodium. ( this i was told by my doctor) try eating fresh fruits and veggies instead. Your doctor didnt give you any advice? maybe you can ask to see a dietican to help you more with this. i have completely cut out ALL frozen processed, fast food and canned foods from my diet and it is hard for the first 2 weeks, but now i have no problems. just thinking of fast food makes me wanna barf now that my body is liking the good food so much. Gl with this sweetie. and i would defintley talk with your doctor about a dietican. they will be able to help you alot.
