Hey all

A few of us with anxiety disorders thought it would be great to have a place to drop in and chat about our symptoms and how that affects dieting

I have been diagnosed with generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), obsessive compulsive tendencies and depression. The meds have really affected me and added to the weight burden but also I find emotional eating and reacting to stress make dieting darn hard
