Ok i ran out of things to eat. i eat salad everyday, lean hamburgers with whole wheat bread 100%, non fat yogurt, oatmeal, eggs white, and crackers. Can anybody give me some advice on what else i can eat? Is it ok to eat peanut butter?
What about some chicken...there are lots of different marinades and seasonings that you can put on chicken. You could eat that with brown rice and some veggies. I love to stir fry different vegetables. I love eating yoplait fat free vanilla yogurt and it is real good if you sprinkle some grape nuts or kashi go lean crunch cereal on top. I guess for me it is all about trying new things and seeing what you like. I have introduced myself to certain vegetables that I usually did not eat and also trying different types of fish. My family and I usually eat chicken about 3 days a week....it is just a matter of coming up with different ways to make it. Hope this helps some. I know it gets frustrating because you feel like you are eating the same crap.
