Default The Yo-Yo Weight Gain

Hey all!
Ok, so, I've been on WW PointsPlus systems for years. Well.....I was on it. And then I lost like 20 lbs or so. Thought I had everything under control....gained DOUBLE the weight back....and because of this, hit like a huge depression as far as my weight. I tried to start my diet back up 2 or 3 times, but just couldn't get it.

However, about 2 months ago, I had a really good heart-to-heart with myself and I started back on the program strong as well as working out. And I've seen progress.....but limited.
I'll lose 2 lbs....then gain 1
I'l lose 1 lb....and then gain 3
This past week I lost 5 lbs and was SO happy. But when I weighed today (Mondays are my weigh day), I unfortunately gained 2 lbs.
But How??? I go to the gym every other day, and then on my "off days", I do yoga.
I RARELY go over my points, and I typically eat the exact same 2 options for my breakfast and lunch.

Any tips and pointers as to what can stop the yo-yo'ing? With 2 months passed, I feel like I should have lost at least 10 lbs .

My only advice would be to get your calories under control and not have massive dips. Rather keep it steady for a few weeks then slightly lower them every week after that
