Hello, just wanted to see how you girls that have pcos are doing. I was diagnosed about three years ago and haven't found something that works for me besides cutting out all carbs. I started about two months ago using metformin 1000mg, and Crossfit from 3-4 times a week. What's really weird is that I always had my period every 40 days or so and now it has completely stopped and I'm late about 50 days. I'm not pregnant because I checked. You would think its the opposite and getting regulated since I started metformin and working out. Idk, this is really stressful and frustrating and not to mention I haven't lost weight but maybe 3-to4 pounds.
