I have one problem and I will appreciate your advice.
I'm a former athlete. After my ankle injury I was forced to quit with exercising and then my weight struggle began. I could manage in the beginning, but after I got office work, my weight rocketed up to the 210 lbs (I'm 6'1''). Do you have any diet plan or tips I could use?
What about Paleo, TLC or Mediterranean diet? Is any of them effective?
