Armour for Hypothyroid - Time Schedule
 

Hi all!
I have hypothyroid and I heard many advantages to taking Armour medication. My levels are still low so my Dr upped my dosage to 120 mg. I have heard that there are advantages to splitting the dosage. I would take the morning dose (60 mg) in AM as usual then the PM dose in the afternoon. Anyone else split their dose of medication? Does the no food rule still apply with the second dose? Thanks in advance if you can help!
