my body is working against me.
 

Hi all. Iwas wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them. I have been on blood pressure meds for alittle over a year. Its worked very well. I recently joined w.w and have lost about ten pounds. I've went from hardly every moving to walking and useing my. Wii fit several times a week. This week things started happening like my heart rate got down to the fiftys and I was completely exhausted. Litterly felt like I was drained. I went to se the doctor and was told that I am getting close to being taken off the bp meds. So she halfed my dose. Its been two days and I'm feeling better but my bp is still flippy floppy. ...sigh... I'm just trying to get healthy here. Has anyone else had this issue? ?. I really would appreciate feed back. I just wanna be healthy and I feel like my body is trying to sabotage me..:(
