I've been on w.w for 19 days so far
Yesterday I felt tired and just not good. Todays the same. My pulse rates been in the 50 and low 60s the past coupdays. I'm on bp meds but imy bp is normal. I'm kinda nervous as to what's going on. So off tomorrow I go to get checked. Maybe since I'm dieting and walking my bp meds need lowered? ??.

I was on a very small dosage of a BP med, I was taken off of it and I didn't notice much of a change.

Do you have a doctor that you like and trust? I am returning to a doctor I used to see because other doctors that I tried, I wasn't impressed with.
