Default Back again after having a stroke!

I had a stroke in Mar 2012. Haven't been here in a while and my waistline shows it. I have gained weight and being unable to really exercise a lot doesn't help. I am committed to doing everything I can to recover from my stroke, as well as get healthier and lose this darned weight!

I started a blog at the suggestion of my therapist. It's at: www.thewonkywalker.com

Take a look and let me know what you think.

Glad to hear you have decided to "get back on the horse" so to speak! Congratulations for that. Writing down thoughts can be so therapeutic, especially to keep track of how far you've come.

I wish you continued healing on your journey back from the stroke.

Hi - I read part of your blog and the "what if?" part reminded me of something I saw on a wall hanging the other day:
Forget Yesterday
I am, where I am.
I know where I could have been, had I done what I did not do.
Tell me, Friend, what I can do today, to be where I want to be,
Tomorrow.
-Sigrad
Best of luck to you
