hello!
been on this weight loss journey for a few years now, and was doing really well (260-145!), but then i was blessed with pregnancy! gained a few pounds (145-172) and a few months post natal discovered that the reason my exercises werent working like they used to is because i have diastasis recti anyone know how to deal with this problem? any advice is welcome!

There's a book called Losing Your Mummy Tummy by Julie Tupler (I think). If you're on Pinterest, you can search and find a ton of exercises for closing that gap, try searching "Tupler technique." Some people may eventually require surgery to totally "fix" it, but there's a LOT you can do with exercise.
