Default Diet and Exercise with Metal

Hi ya'll,

I was in an accident 5 years ago and broke my femur. I got pretty depressed after that and gained about 130 pounds. This put a lot of pressure on my leg and made it hard to move. I've lost the 130 pounds I gained and then I gained 20 pounds back. I didn't think that 20 pounds could make so much difference, my leg hurts quite a bit, but it has convinced me to get back on track and reassert myself in my goals.
