Question Advice about being on Zoloft

I just started Zoloft and I am very worried I will be gaining weight even if I go to the gym regularly and continue my healthy diet. Has anyone been on this medication? What were the side-effects for you?

I couldn't lose any weight when I was depressed - I just gained. Zoloft gave me the persistence and feeling of "I can do this" to actually stick with getting healthy for once.

I haven't gained on zoloft, either. I feel WAY more motivated now to go to the gym and work out than I did before! My doctor said zoloft was the least likely of all anti depressants to cause weight gain, so hopefully that will cheer you up a little.
