Post Low Sodium Diet!

Lots of people stick to a Low Sodium Diet for health issues. People who have experienced a stroke or have problems with coronary disease or hypertension definitely should stick to a low salt diet. Low Sodium Diet is not really a diet plan that help you lose weight.

Few low sodium foods

Low sodium alternatives:
* Any fresh or frozen beef, lamb, pork, poultry and fish * Eggs and egg substitutes * Low-sodium peanut butter * Dry peas and beans (not canned) * Low sodium canned fish * Drained, water or oil packed canned fish or poultry

What is the point of this post? You can lose weight with a low sodium diet. The DASH Diet which is available free on the internet has many suggestions and menus for a month.

I have been trying to stick to a low sodium diet, but food tastes so bland without out salt.

Does anyone know where I can find low sodium foods that taste good?
